Yes. Application forms are available under Transportation Programs.
Who can use Community Reach?
Accessible Transportation (AT) is available to any resident of Midland who cannot use regular transit service due to physical, cognitive, visual or sensory disabilities. Transportation Linking Communities (TLC) is available to all residents of North Simcoe (Midland, Penetanguishene and the Townships of Tay and Tiny.
How is Community Reach funded?
Community Reach is a charitable organization that relies on the generousity of local individuals, groups, organizations and the municipal councils we serve. We are thankful for funds received through successful provincial and federal grants. We do not receive regular funding from the province of Ontario.
How do I book a ride?
After the acceptance of your application and medical form (if required), riders or caregivers can call Community Reach at 705-528-6999 and one of our helpful staff will make the arrangements.
